To Life

I promise that this is the last post about "Fiddler" but it's clear that I'm not alone in my absurd enthusiasm.

I approached it really trepidatiously but I was shocked how much I loved it. The music still echoes in my ears. I literally can't get it out. It's infectious. I routinely dance to it while the music plays in my head. I guess it gets granted "permanent residence" status?

I'm not alone.

I have Lin-Manuel Miranda with me. He is so enamored of the musical that he wrote a carbon-copy (In the Heights) — I'm going to be honest and say that I didn't see it since I thought it was a rehash of Romeo and Juliet and Rent. My loss.

He loves it so much that he actually staged at his own wedding:
